Inspired by the deceptive nature of “Insectivorous Plants”, these types of carnivorous plants lure in insects and small animals with sweet nectar.  Attracting them inside to trap their prey and release digestive enzymes. These plants have adapted to harsh environments, this is their alternative to the nutrient poor soil. This ready-to-wear model from my most recent collection Animalistic is made of soft cow and lambskin leathers with custom shaped plastic resin casted heels.

Translating generations of tradition and impeccable craftsmanship of Riva yachts inspired this wine set. This luxurious and timeless five-piece wine set includes thermometer, foil cutter, bottle opener, collar, and stopper. Fusing traditional and new techniques, embedding a working ratchet mechanism within the opener, made by turning wood on the lathe, shaping, and felting wool by hand. 

The first exploration of manipulating materials (wood and metal), experimenting with suggested space versus solid mass. Intrigued by how two completely different materials and processes could have similar aesthetic results.
